Parchment craft is the art of tracing, embossing, perforating, stippling, cutting on the parchment paper (Vellum)-150gsm to create delicate, lace-like designs for greetings cards, wedding guest book and much more. The paper used is translucent vellum that has the special properties of turning white and becoming raised when stretched (embossed).
